Michelle Lee DDS
Dr. Michelle Lee is known to her patients and her staff as kind, caring, and genuinely concerned about people. She steps out of her role as a clinician to really get to know you and your needs. Patient comfort is paramount to Dr. Lee, and she will provide gentle touch care and conservative treatment planning.
She graduated from the University of Illinois at Chicago with Bachelor’s degree in Biological Science. She received her Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree at the State University of New York at Buffalo. Dr. Lee is an active member of the American Dental Association and the Chicago Dental Society. She is also a certified Invisalign provider and has profound knowledge of conventional braces treatment; she enjoys transforming her patients’ smiles and giving them a new-found confidence.
She enjoys the challenges that dentistry brings and her ultimate dentistry goal is to best provide for patient’s needs with knowledge and care.
Jin Nam DDS
Dr. Jin Nam received his Bachelor of Arts degree from University of Massachusetts-Amherst in Biochemistry. He graduated from the State University of New York at Buffalo School of Dental Medicine with a Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree. He completed three years of post-graduate dental specialty education in Prosthodontics at the State University of New York at Buffalo School of Dental Medicine. After completion of Prosthodontics training, he continued his study for a year in Implant Restoration and Surgery as an Implant fellow at the State University of New York at Buffalo School of Dental Medicine.
Dr. Nam is an active member of the American College of Prosthodontics and Board Eligible.
Dr. Sylvia Kim
Dr. Sylvia Kim was born in Ann Arbor, Michigan, raised both in the States and Seoul, South Korea. After receiving her bachelor’s degree in Biological Sciences at University of Illinois at Chicago, she attended the University of the Pacific, Arthur A. Dugoni School of Dentistry in San Francisco, California, where she earned her Doctorate of Dental Surgery.
She is passionate about maintaining the oral health of all of her patients, and committed to providing her patients with comfortable and quality dental care. Dr. Kim is an active member of American Dental Association, Chicago Dental Society and Academy of General Dentistry. In her spare time, she loves traveling, outdoor activities, and spending time with friends and family. She recently took up golf as a new hobby and you can ask her how it's going!
Amy Bejar
Office Manager
Amy has been handling the day-to-day operations of Fresh Dental since our opening in November of 2018. She took her first dental assisting position in 2004 and has been in the dental industry ever since! Amy's advanced knowledge of every aspect of the dental office enables her to provide broad guidance and training for our practice.

When she is not at the office, Amy enjoys spending quality time with her family and her two dogs. Amy especially enjoys traveling, crafting, shopping and home decor.
Patty
Registered Dental Hygienist
Patty has been a Registered Dental Hygienist since 2017, when she graduated from the Harper College Dental Hygiene program. She is an active member of the Illinois Dental Hygienists Association and continues to build her knowledge of new technology and current hygiene products. She is certified in local anesthetic, and takes continuing education classes regularly.
Patty emphasizes patient education and does her best to ensure patients feel that all of their hygiene questions and concerns are addressed at each appointment.
Outside the office, Patty enjoys traveling, spending time outdoors, and being around family and friends.
Jesse
Registered Dental Hygienist
Jesse has been an active part of the dental field since 2016. She started as a dental assistant where she quickly became passionate about dentistry. Her passion inspired her to further her education by becoming a Dental Hygienist. Upon graduating from Lane College in 2021 she moved from Eugene, Oregon to Chicago. She stays current with continuing dental education classes- a commitment she takes seriously to helping patients maintain their dental health.
Outside the office, Jesse has two cats and she enjoys playing video games, reading and outdoor activities such as hiking, snowboarding and running.
Christian
Dental Assistant
Christian is one of our lovely dental assistants with 10+ years experience in the field. She graduated Kelvyn Park H.S. and took a year off. Christian attended Everest College to obtain her dental assisting Certificate in 2012, she completed her goal in 2013 and has been assisting ever since. Fresh Dental is happy to work alongside her considering her broad expertise in pediatrics, oral surgery and orthodontics. Christian loves communicating with her patients and making their visit as comfortable as possible. Christian speaks fluent Spanish, English and even a bit of Polish!

Hello, my name is Camila. I have worked in the dental field for 3+ years and enjoy doing what I do. I am fluent in English and Spanish. On my free time I enjoy spending time with family as well as swimming, buying the coolest newest shoes and having fun.

Cindy is an experienced and dedicated business assistant with a passion for customer service and helping people. With over 10 years of expertise in both customer service and office administration, Cindy has honed her skills to foster an environment where both staff and patients feel valued, comfortable, and well-cared for.
Passionate about the city of Chicago and a devoted fan of the Chicago Cubs, Cindy finds joy in being a part of a community and cherishes time spent with her family. Whether it's finding solutions to challenges or providing support during difficult times, Cindy is always ready to lend a helping hand.
Jennifer
Dental Assistant
Jennifer has been a dental assistant for several years. She enjoys the level of patient care we provide to each and every patient at our office and the teamwork that exists with her co-workers. During treatments, Jennifer provides assistance for our dentists and may also take dental x-rays and images to diagnose a patient's needed treatment. At our practice, she works to make sure that every patient receives the highest level of patient care possible throughout their consultations, procedures, and recovery. Jennifer is fluent in English and Spanish. Outside of work, she enjoys concerts, volleyball and playing video games.
