Meet The Team

Amy brings over two decades of experience in the dental field. She co-founded the practice in 2018 alongside Dr. Nam and Dr. Lee, after progressing from her initial role as a dental assistant. Amy’s passion lies in patient care and treatment coordination, ensuring seamless experiences for all. Her extensive knowledge of dental insurance benefits helps patients in navigating complex coverage. Her dedication to patient comfort and practice efficiency makes her an invaluable asset to the team.
Outside of work, Amy loves her two dogs and enjoys crafting, home decor, spending time with family and traveling.

Jesse has been actively working within the dental field since 2016. She started as a dental assistant, where she quickly became passionate about dentistry. Her passion inspired her to further her education by becoming a dental hygienist. After she graduated in 2021, she promptly moved from Eugene Oregon to Chicago Illinois. Jesse takes pride in her gentle approach to dentistry and is dedicated to providing thorough home care instructions that are customized to her patients’ personal needs. Outside the office, Jesse enjoys outdoor activities such as running 5K’s, hiking, snowboarding and lounging by the lake with a good book.

Patty graduated from the Harper College Dental Hygiene program in 2017. She has been building relationships with Fresh Dental patients since our opening in 2018. She emphasizes patient education and does her best to ensure concerns and questions are addressed at each appointment. Patty is certified in local anesthetic and laser therapy. She takes continuing education classes regularly and is eager to gain more knowledge for the benefit of her patients. Outside of the office, Patty enjoys traveling and spending time with family, friends and her golden retriever, Macy!

Jennifer has been in the dental assistant for several years, and appreciates the team approach to providing the highest level of care possible. She looks forward to coming to work every day and establishing special relationships with her patients, along with making sure they are as comfortable as possible. Jennifer is fluent in English and Spanish. When Jennifer is not working, she enjoys her free time, going to concerts and spending time with her family and friends.

Christian obtained her dental assisting certificate in 2013 from Everest College, and has been doing so ever since. She has a broad expertise in pediatric dentistry, cosmetic dentistry and oral surgery. Christian is a mother of two girls, so she is understanding of kids and has a lot of patience with our patients. In her free time, she is a HUGE sports fanatic. Catch her at any Cubs game or any sport she loves to talk about! Christian is also fluent in both English and Spanish and can speak some Polish.

Heather has been enjoying working in orthodontics for 25 years as a Treatment Coordinator. She works with Evenly Orthodontics and alongside Fresh Dental. Her passion is to create beautiful smiles and above all else, be a patient educator on the benefits of a great Invisalign® treatment.

Outside of the office, she enjoys cooking and reading in a house full of children, refinishing furniture and listening to podcasts.
